Position: Key Accounts Manager

Purpose of the Job |
To manage all aspects of client engagements with regards to new business and renewals. |
Key Responsibilities |
• To represent Liberty General professionally and effectively at different client interaction levels to ensure positive engagements with all stakeholders through consistently communicating with and educating clients on the benefits and value proposition of its health insurance products.
• To manage service level agreements through monthly discussions, reporting and interaction to resolve any issues.
• To fulfill membership activities, including but not limited to, capturing, pre-registration, printing and delivering membership cards, member queries and act as customer liaison.
• To meet annual sales targets, quote new prospective clients and follow up to business that was quoted for.
• To ensure that premium information correctly reflects on invoices, assist with allocation of payments, issues receipts and distribute to clients.
• To enable debt collection in compliance with the insurance premium payment Directive.
• To cross–sell other products of Libertas General Insurance Company.

Qualifications |
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/equivalent
|
Experience |
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management and health operations.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in health practice or management will be an added advantage
|
